

31 Days to Establish a Transformative Practice
Spend the month of January with me, Emma, learning about yoga and meditation and establishing a routine that will allow for self-discovery, healing, growth, and overall wellness. Yoga is a beautiful practice that not only supports our physical health, but also our mental and emotional health. In this 31 day journey, you will learn the basics of yoga poses (asana) and meditation, to establish your practice and get you ready for the year ahead!
Each day at 6am (except January 1st; we'll meet at noon), we will meet live on Zoom for a 40 minute practice. You will receive your daily link at 5:45am via email, as well as some weekly motivation and resources to help you learn about yoga as you go through this journey.
Why 6am?
There are several reasons why the time is set early in the morning. One is simply to allow for a traditional work schedule. It is also designed to help you prioritize your sleep in the new year, establish a healthy morning routine, and get a good, fresh start on your day. Additionally, it is said that it is best to practice yoga before the sun rises!

*By popular demand, I am adding an option to receive recordings after the live class. I encourage you to use this option only if you truly are unable to be there live (i.e. you are in a different time zone or your kiddos' sleep schedules don't allow)


What is the Cost?
The financial investment is $1 per day. This is intended to be an accessible, affordable experience for everyone. For those who attend 20/31 sessions, you will earn a free cactus sticker. For those who attend 30/31 sessions, you will earn a free cactus mug!
